Izzy Bake A Lot

We have used Izzy Bake A Lot for the past 3 years to make the cake for our annual race The James McManus Memorial Triathlon. We need a cake large enough for 100 people. The cake always looks great but more importantly it tastes fantastic. We also get cupcakes for our winners in each category and we always get complimented and asked where we get them. Great cakes and great value for money. We’ll be continuing to use Izzy Bake A Lot and couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Ann from Izzy Bake A Lot made our wedding cake in April this year. She did an amazing job from start to finish. From the moment we first contacted Ann she was so helpful. We gave her an idea of what we wanted and she created exactly what we had imagined. Not only did it look beautiful but all 3 flavours tasted amazing! We would highly recommend Ann to anyone.

Izzy Bake A Lot cakes have featured in all our major family events over the past few years, they, without doubt, take centre stage, for the excellent finish and attention to detail, my favourite to date was my 50th birthday cake with an over the hill theme, it was hilarious. It is always a pleasure to deal with Ann, she has a fantastic sense of humour and is always ready to hear any suggestions regardless of how crazy or difficult they sound. Sometimes you don’t want to cut such a beautiful creation, but the temptation to taste is too great, because not only do they look amazing they also taste amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending Izzy Bake A Lot for cakes for all occasions. Thank you, Ann Pollock, you are a true artist.

Ann, (the brains and talent behind Izzy Bake A Lot), made our beautiful wedding cake for our special day. I had messaged Ann a year before to discuss ideas and a design, and with a few photos from a Pinterest board and a very bad sketch by myself she made our idea come to life.

The cake was a three tier, naked icing, and drip chocolate detail, the three layers were the non traditional with a chocolate biscuit cake, vanilla sponge and chocolate sponge. I had asked Ann to provide for 150 guests , when the cake was cut quality and quantity were both fabulous and all my guests commented on how stunning the cake was visually and on the taste!

Ann was a delight to do business with making my wedding planning effortless and hassle free. I have also ordered birthday cakes from this multi talented lady! The carrot cake is just heaven!
